APS EL1 and EL2 applicants, state-government equivalents, and private-sector senior leaders: general managers, heads of function, principals and directors below board level. This is the territory where our selection-criteria depth and ILS calibration earn their keep.

A straight word on C-suite and board work
Board CVs and chief-executive documents are a different craft with a different evidence base, and we take that work selectively, by referral, when we are confident we can do it properly. If that is what you need, contact us and we will either take it on or point you to someone who should.

Do you write SES applications?
