Do you use AI to write my resume?
Express: yes, openly. The engine drafts, a named writer edits, fact-checks and signs off, and the price reflects the speed. Bespoke packages: no engine; your writer works from your structured brief. Either way a human owns every line that ships, and we never hide which process you are buying.
What is the 90-day interview guarantee?
On bespoke packages: if you are actively applying and not landing interviews within 90 days of delivery, we rewrite your documents free, once per engagement. It is a rewrite promise rather than a refund promise, and it operates alongside your Australian Consumer Law rights, which no policy of ours can reduce.
How fast can you deliver?
Express in under 48 hours. Bespoke in five working days from your completed brief, or 48 hours on the rush lane for $90 more. Deadlines are confirmed before you pay.
Who reads my documents?
The reviewing writer, and nobody else. Documents are never published, never used as marketing samples, never used to train anything, and deleted on request.
Do you write selection criteria?
Yes, it is a specialty: APS4 to EL2, mapped to the ILS framework, in compressed STAR form. From $290 as an add-on or included in the top package.
How does the veterans discount work?
20% off every package and add-on for current and former ADF members, reservists and ADF partners. Simple proof at checkout: service card, DVA card or PMKeyS extract; partners provide the member's proof plus a declaration.
What if I do not like the draft?
Two revision rounds are included and built from your own words, so genuine misses are rare. If we do miss the brief, we rewrite it.
Are you cheaper or better than the big global services?
