The promise in one sentence: if you use your new documents to actively apply for suitable roles and 90 days pass without an interview invitation, we rewrite your documents at no charge.
How it works
The guarantee applies to bespoke packages (Starter, Complete, Government & Senior Leadership). Express carries its revision round instead: at $149 with an under-48-hour turnaround, a 90-day tail is not part of the deal, and we say that here rather than in fine print. The window starts the day your final documents are delivered. Actively applying means at least ten applications to roles that reasonably match your experience and level, using the documents we wrote. Keep a simple log of where and when you applied; a screenshot or spreadsheet is fine. If the interviews have not come, send the log within 14 days of the window closing and your writer rebuilds the documents, including a fresh look at targeting, free.
What it is not
It is not a promise of employment, which no honest writing service can make, and it is not a refund scheme. It is our commercial promise, offered on top of your legal rights, because we believe the work holds up and we would rather fix a miss than argue about it.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this guarantee limits, replaces or delays those rights; the rewrite promise sits alongside them as an extra, never instead.
The fine print, kept short
One rewrite per engagement, ever. The guarantee is a safety net, not a subscription: the rewrite is a single, thorough rebuild of the documents originally purchased, aimed at the same career target, and it closes the guarantee. It does not restart the 90 days, it does not apply to Express, and it is not exchangeable for a refund (your separate Australian Consumer Law rights always remain). Roles applied for need to be genuinely suitable; applying for ten chief executive roles with a graduate resume does not trigger the promise, and we will say so kindly. Documents must be used substantially as delivered: if the version you applied with was heavily rewritten by you or a third party, the guarantee cannot vouch for it. Claims are limited to one engagement per client per 12 months, and the guarantee is void where source information turns out to be untrue. Revision rounds during delivery are separate and unaffected. If we failed to deliver what you paid for, that is not a guarantee matter, that is an ACL matter and we fix it as one.
