APS applications are not resumes with extra steps. Panels mark your claims against capability frameworks, at level, with evidence in STAR form. That is exactly how we write them, because guessing the framework is how good candidates miss.
What we cover
Statements of claims, one-page and two-page pitches, and individual criterion responses for federal, state and local government. Every response is mapped to the Integrated Leadership System behaviours for your target classification, APS4 through EL2, and calibrated to read at level: an EL1 answer about judgement should not sound like an APS5 answer about tasks.
The method
We brief you against the criteria, not in general: pointed written questions per criterion, with a live session on request. For each criterion we hunt one situation with a measurable result, compress the situation and task, and let the action and result carry the word count. Where you genuinely lack evidence for a criterion we say so and help you choose the least-weak honest angle, because an invented example is a career risk we will not sell you.

Which levels do you write for?
APS4 to EL2 day in, day out. SES documents are taken selectively by referral because they need a different evidence base.
Do you use the STAR method?
Yes, with the situation and task compressed hard. Panels reward the action and the result; most self-written responses spend 60% of the words setting the scene.
Can you work from the ILS or the new APS frameworks?
Yes. We map to whichever framework the agency cites in the pack, and we read the role description for the level signals the framework alone does not give.
